Cost for pet cats: $65 female spay, $45 male neuter. Cost for pet dogs: $105 female spay, $90 male neuter. Includes rabies vaccine.
Low income proof required for owners of pet cats and pet dogs:
- PA Access
- Medicaid / SSI /SSDI
- SNAP (Food Stamps)
- LIHEAP / Public Housing
- monthly income of $3000 or less.
Stray and Feral Clinics
Please submit an application and you will be called when an appointment becomes available.
Cost for feral or stray cats: $65 female spay, $45 male neuter. No income limitations. Includes rabies vaccine and ear mite check and treatment. Ear tipping is required (no exceptions).
Trapping and financial assistance through our TNR program may be available to Clarion, Forest and Jefferson County feral/stray cat caregivers on a case by case basis. For more information or to be placed on Clarion PAWS’ feral cat list, please email tnr@clarionpaws.org.
